RE-OPENING POSTPONED
BACKYARD ITALIAN REOPENNIG POSTPONED
Fellow Loyal Backyard Italian Patrons and Customers.
I have unfortunately been forced to make the Very, Very, Difficult Decision to “Postpone” the Reopening of Backyard Italian @ The Glasshouse Hotel, Maroubra Junction due to the impossible Covid Environment and the Total Uncertainty of Forever Changing Rules, Regulations and cumbersome Restrictions of Masks, Table Numbers, 2 square metres, 4 Square Metres, Standing, Not Standing, Scan in, Health, Hygiene, Sanitising and a myriad of many other requirements.
I am and have always been dedicated to providing The Absolute Best Food Products and Service to ALL my wonderful Customers. But for The First Time in my 45 Year Hospitality career, I cannot Guarantee that.
I am desperately hoping over the coming weeks, Covid Numbers remain low and a vaccine is definitely on the way. This will hopefully pave the way for a consistent offering at The Wonderful Backyard Italian and allow us to swing the Doors Open Again.
